We do not accept exchanges. We value and stand behind our products. Though extremely rare we do warranty products due to manufacturing defects. Submit concerns through our contact page. Proper documentation, images, and length of use of product will be used for warranty judgement.

You may purchase products only for personal use and not for resale. We reserve the right to refuse orders for any reason without explanation. 



Shipping 


For EU and Contiential U.S. states we typically charge flat rates all shipments. Weight of orders determine costs.

7.01 - 12.00 lbs $20.00

12.01 - 20.00 lbs $27.00

20.01 - 32.00 lbs $39.00

Please allow 4 business days for order processing and verification, and up to an additional 7-14 business days for delivery. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier. We do not refund shipping fees if the order is returned or refused due to address error or refusal by you, the customer.



Sales Tax 


Sales Tax is charged to those orders shipped within the state of Ohio. All products and shipping are subjugated to a Ohio sales tax of 5.75%. 

Sales tax is not charged to orders shipped to states outside of Ohio.
